Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and general labor, with expertise in various construction tasks such as concrete forming, metal stud framing, remodeling, and flooring installation. This position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including water damage restoration and cabinet installation.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install structures and fixtures according to specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools
- Concrete forming for foundations, walls, and other structures
- Install metal studs for framing walls and ceilings
- Perform remodeling tasks such as drywall installation and painting
- Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and tile
- Assist with water damage restoration projects, including drying and repairing affected areas
- Complete frame carpentry tasks such as building walls and partitions
- Install cabinets and other fixtures as needed
- Perform general maintenance person duties as required

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Laborer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction practices
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
